A downloadable game

A MOBA game prototype based on DOTA 2, developed using Unity in 3 months. The game was developed strictly for educational purposes to learn how to write maintainable code for large systems. It is currently in a rough state since it was designed to be a two person project—I had to make it by myself. 

Current Implemented Features

  • Functional melee/ranged barracks, towers, and ancient
  • Minion spawning with complete AI, lane follow, attack, aggro.
  • Resources such as HP, Mana, Gold, Exp.
  • Level up system with stat and spell upgrades, stats and death timer scaling.
  • Death system, KDA.
  • Win / Loss states.
  • Basic character behavior, movement and auto attacking.
  • Working entity stats (str/int/agi) with proper scaling and stacking calculations.
  • Entity selection (to view stats).
  • Working Vengeful Spirit clone with abilities to test out the hero's programming architecture, spell system, and status effects.
  • Minimap.
  • Basic hero bots (AI).
